FAQ
Where is the event located?
The venue location has been sent via email to all registered attendees.
If you can’t find it, please check your email first, then feel free to email us and we’ll resend the location!
What time should I arrive?
You can begin lining up as early as 7:45 AM. Doors will open around 8:00 AM once we’re fully set up and ready for everyone!
Is there a cut-off time for entry?
Yes, and we are being very strict about this for safety and professional reasons.
Doors will close at 8:30 AM sharp. Anyone arriving after that will not be allowed in (no exceptions, no refunds for those who do arrive late).
We recommend planning for traffic and arriving early, especially if you’re not familiar with Chicago!
What if I’m late?
Unfortunately, if you arrive after 8:30 AM, you will not be allowed in. This is to respect our speakers and avoid disruptions during their talks.
Is parking available?
Yes! There is residential street parking available around the venue until 6pm. Parking is available directly in front of the venue, but is paid by the hour. We recommend giving yourself extra time to find parking.
A heads up, there is a Chicago Cubs game at 1:20 PM nearby, so parking may be tricker than usual, plan ahead!
What should I wear?
This is a professional development event, so we encourage you to dress the part! No need to go out and buy anything new or dress overly formal, and we want everyone comortable for a day of learning, but aim for something a step up from super casual (think comfy but polished).
Will food be provided?
Yes! We’ve got you covered:
- Light breakfast with coffee & tea
- Lunch from Pasta Bowl (apps, salads, and pasta)
- Drinks provided by the venue
Please note: No alcohol will be available or allowed.
Can I buy a ticket at the door?
Unfortunately, not this year. We are officially sold out so only those who have purchased tickets in advance will be admitted. It's been exciting to see the amount of support and interest Chicago's iNNTD event has recieved. We'll be working on expanding our admission capacity for next year!
Do I need to bring my ticket?
Yes! You must show proof of your ticket, such as showing your ticket or purchased email. Please have it ready to show security before entering.
Can I bring a friend or plus-one?
Not this time. Only registered attendees will be allowed in. We’ve planned the event based on ticketed guests only.
Are children allowed?
No. While we completely understand that childcare can fall through, this is a professional development event and no children will be permitted.
Will photos be taken?
Yes! We’ll be capturing moments throughout the day. By attending, you are agreeing to be photographed.
